Eric Clapton in Birmingham: October 16 ticket sale and digital-entry guide

bp pulse LIVE lists tickets for Clapton’s May 17, 2027 concert from 10am BST on October 16. Here are the official sale route, accessible-booking instructions and phone-ticket rules.

Tickets for Eric Clapton at Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE are scheduled to go on sale on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 10am BST, or 09:00 UTC. The venue’s event page links to AXS for booking. When VibeHype checked on October 14, the listing said ‘On sale soon’. Start with that official event page rather than assuming tickets are already available.

The concert is on Monday, May 17, 2027. The venue lists doors at 6pm and the event start at 7:30pm, both Birmingham local time. The sale date is separate from the concert date, and doors opening is not the advertised start. Prices, remaining inventory, ticket limits and any presale eligibility were not established from the inspected venue pages; VibeHype has not tested checkout.

For accessible booking, the venue identifies AXS as its ticketing partner and says Nimbus-registered Access Card holders can use their card to unlock seating matching their requirements. Its accessibility page directs customers to the Accessible Tickets section and then Buy Tickets when accessible or companion tickets are available. Check that route for this specific show: the general instructions do not confirm an available allocation or decide companion eligibility.

Before travelling, follow the venue’s digital-ticket guide. Use the same email address for the venue app account as for the ticket purchase, then sign into AXS through My Tickets. Open the tickets before arrival so they can scan without a signal. The venue says screenshots and printouts will not work. Its transfer instructions let people in a group receive their tickets on separate phones and arrive separately; this is entry guidance, not confirmation that Clapton tickets have already been issued.

If tickets do not appear, the guide suggests checking the AXS app or contacting AXS support. If the app remains inaccessible, it directs customers to the venue Box Office on the show night with order confirmation and photo ID, and lists a £2 fee per ticket for that service. Check the guide again nearer the concert for changes rather than relying on a screenshot saved months beforehand.

The event page also gives the venue’s bag limit: 21 × 30 × 19cm, at most two compartments, and no rucksacks. For seated tickets, under-14s must attend with a ticketed adult aged 18 or over. These are the published entry rules; the page’s separate generic standing rules do not establish that this concert has a standing allocation.
