Spotify Music Quiz: eligible countries and how to find it
Spotify is expanding Music Quiz to adult Premium users in 11 countries. Check eligibility, find the card in Now Playing and understand the gradual rollout.

Spotify is expanding Music Quiz beyond its earlier BTS quiz, the company announced on October 6, 2026. It says the rollout covers more than 2,000 artists across 11 countries. The feature is for Spotify Premium users aged 18 and over, so the announcement is not a promise of access for free accounts or younger listeners. This is an expansion of an existing experience, rather than Spotify’s first music quiz.
The announced countries are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Nigeria, South Africa and Indonesia. Quizzes for select artists are in English at launch. Spotify says it is adding more artists, languages and markets, but the announcement does not give dates for those additions. Check the current rollout list before assuming the quiz is available in your country or preferred language.
To look for a quiz, update the Spotify app, play a track from a participating artist and scroll down in Now Playing to find the Music Quiz card. Tap it to start, finish the questions to see your score and use the sharing option if you want to compare results with friends. Spotify describes music trivia, album-cover reveals and questions that ask you to identify a song from an audio preview. Those formats offer different ways to explore an artist’s catalogue; try returning to songs you did not recognise after the quiz. That is a listening suggestion, not a claim that VibeHype has tested the questions.
If the card is missing, Spotify’s announcement says the rollout is gradual and may not reach every artist or listener immediately. Meeting the stated age, plan and country criteria therefore does not guarantee that you will see it today. This guide verified Spotify’s public instructions, not activation on an individual account, app playback or the complete artist list. It does not establish a desktop or web-player route. The photograph is an illustrative phone-and-earphones still life from 2020, not a screenshot of Music Quiz or evidence of access.
